Abigail Taylor

Abigail Taylor is an Occupational Therapist currently working at Children's Therapy Connection since July 2023, where play-based occupational therapy interventions are provided to meet the unique needs of children and their caregivers. Previous experience includes serving as a Life Coach at Village of Merici, providing support to clients with developmental and intellectual disabilities, and completing an internship at CICOA Aging & In-Home Solutions focused on dementia care. Further background in pediatric occupational therapy was gained as a student at Kids Count Therapy and through experiences in acute rehabilitation at Elkhart General Hospital. Abigail’s early career involved roles as a Registered Behavior Therapist at Hopebridge Autism Center and Bierman Autism Centers, assisting children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Educational achievements include a Doctor of Occupational Therapy from Indiana University Indianapolis and a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from the same institution.
