Alison Liberati, SHRM-CP, has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Alison began their career as a Human Resources/Sales Intern at Aflac in 2013. Alison then worked as a Clerk at Greenspan & Greenspan from June 2011 to January 2014. Simultaneously, they served as a Food Server at Sodexo from September 2011 to May 2014. From May to August 2014, Alison served as a Human Resources Intern at The Children's Village, where they gained valuable experience in various HR tasks. Alison then transitioned to the role of Human Resources Assistant at The Children's Village from August to October 2014.

Alison Liberati, SHRM-CP, obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Management with a concentration in Human Resources and a minor in Marketing from the University of New Haven. Alison attended the university from 2010 to 2014.

Prior to their university education, Alison completed their high school education at Good Counsel Academy from 2006 to 2010, where they pursued a general studies curriculum.
