Kayla Cobelli

Kayla Cobelli has a diverse range of work experience in human resources and talent acquisition. Kayla began their career as a Human Resources Intern at Putnam Valley Central School District in 2017. From there, they worked as a Sales Specialist at Victoria's Secret before transitioning to the role of Human Resources Executive Intern at Hungreder Capital Partners in 2020. Later in the same year, they became a Management Intern at The National Society of Leadership and Success, where they served as the President of NSLS on their campus. In 2021, Cobelli joined Werfen North America as a Human Resources Coordinator, where they assisted employees with HR questions and supported recruiting efforts. Kayla then worked as a Human Resources Recruitment Coordinator at Wilson Elser and as a Talent Acquisition Associate and Talent Acquisition Coordinator at EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants. In 2022, Cobelli joined WhiteCap Search as a Recruiter for Professional Services, focusing on finding the best talent for various industries. Their most recent position is as a Human Resources Associate at The Children's Village, where they handle recruitment functions and assists applicants with paperwork.

Kayla Cobelli's education history begins in 2017 when they attended St. Thomas Aquinas College, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration. Kayla completed their undergraduate studies in 2021.
