Leydi R.

Leydi R. has a diverse and extensive work experience in various industries. Leydi started their career at the Charter School of Educational Excellence as an Educational Assistant from 2012 to 2015. In 2016, they worked as a Fashion PR/Marketing Intern at the StylingOn Showroom. Leydi then co-founded LILAH NYC LLC in 2019, where they were responsible for all aspects of the business operation, including product design, brand development, and customer acquisition. Additionally, Leydi worked at Bigs & Littles NYC Mentoring from 2018 to 2022, initially as a Community Engagement Coordinator before being promoted to Manager of Community Engagement, where they successfully developed and implemented a comprehensive strategy to meet recruitment goals. Currently, Leydi holds the position of Director of Community Engagement at The Children's Village, where they lead efforts to engage and grow the organization's community through advocacy, outreach, and building relationships with strategic partners.

Leydi R. obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Communication and Media Studies from City University of New York-Herbert H. Lehman College. Leydi studied at the university from 2015 to 2016.
