Mikki S. has a diverse and extensive work experience in the healthcare field. Mikki currently serves as the Vice President of Government Relations and Public Affairs at ChildServe, where they are responsible for establishing and executing payer relations and managed care strategy. Prior to this, Mikki worked as the Director of Payer Relations and Managed Care Strategy at ChildServe, focusing on building and maintaining relationships with payers and government entities.

Before joining ChildServe, Mikki held various senior leadership positions. Mikki worked as the Deputy Director of the Department of Human Services at the State of Iowa, overseeing the operations of various departments and managing a significant budget. Mikki also served as the Medicaid Director at Iowa Medicaid Enterprise, managing a large-scale Medicaid program.

Earlier in their career, Mikki held executive roles at Broadlawns Medical Center, Iowa Health System, and Intrust/IntrustPlus, where they were responsible for strategic development, business development, marketing, legislative affairs, and community relations.

Mikki S. obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Therapy from Colorado State University. Mikki then went on to pursue a Masters in Health Administration, earning both an MSHA from the University of Colorado Denver and a Masters in Health Administration from the University of Colorado.
