Alex Thebert is a seasoned professional in customer success and organizational development with extensive experience across various sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Enterprise Customer Success Manager at Chili Piper since March 2021, Alex contributes to enhancing inbound conversion solutions for leading B2B companies. Concurrently, Alex is a board member at Gain Grow Retain, focusing on community growth in Customer Success.
