Ally Hardesty

Ally Hardesty has extensive experience in product operations and customer success, serving as Product Operations Manager, Customer Success Enablement Manager, and Customer Success Manager at Chili Piper since September 2020. Previously, Ally held roles at Pantheon Platform from December 2017 to September 2020, including Account Manager, Partner Manager, and Sales Development Representative. Earlier experience includes positions at Thor Equities, where Ally was Leasing Coordinator and Residential Leasing Administrator, and at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where Ally worked as a Swim Camp Counselor and participated in the Marketing and Communications Committee for the Carolina Leadership Summit. Additionally, Ally served as an Assistant Coach at Whittington Creek, coaching young swimmers. Ally holds a Bachelor of Arts in Management in Society and Communication Studies from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
