Jonathan Gittins possesses extensive experience in customer success, business development, and relationship management across various sectors. Currently serving as a Principal Customer Success Manager at Chili Piper since June 2021, Jonathan has held multiple roles including Solutions Consultant and Senior Customer Success Manager. Prior to this, Jonathan worked at Barclaycard as a Business Development & Relationship Manager, where responsibilities included selling card issuing solutions and managing a portfolio of public sector accounts. Jonathan has also held roles at Barclays and Barclays Wealth Management, focusing on digital engagement and private banking services. Additionally, Jonathan has a military background as a Commissioned Officer in the British Army, where leadership and intelligence analysis were key responsibilities. Jonathan's educational pursuits include training from the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst and ongoing learning through Trailhead by Salesforce.
