Francesco Lucia has a diverse work experience, starting their career as a Retail Sales and Customer Service associate at Trilogy Ltd Tommy Hilfiger Franchising from January 2015 to December 2016. Francesco then transitioned into the recruitment industry, working as a Junior Recruitment Consultant at iGaming Elite from January 2017 to June 2017. Francesco then took on a more senior role as a Recruitment Consultant at iGaming Elite from June 2017 to July 2018, where they focused on providing recruitment services to the international online gaming industry.

In 2018, Francesco joined Chiliz as a Talent Acquisition Specialist from July 2018 to May 2019. Francesco then progressed to the role of Talent Acquisition and HR Executive from May 2019 to February 2020, and subsequently became a Talent Acquisition & HR Manager from February 2020 to June 2021.
