Bailey Monty

Bailey Monty is an experienced professional in grant management and program development, currently serving as the Grants Manager at Chill Foundation since May 2022, where responsibilities include developing and managing grant strategies. Previously, Bailey held roles at Little Bellas, overseeing program relations and execution, and at The Chill Foundation in various capacities, focusing on youth development through board sports. Earlier career highlights include lead roles in character modeling at DreamWorks Animation and Nickelodeon Animation Studios, along with experience as a 3D artist at Shadows in Darkness.
