David Lee has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. David started their career as a Franchisee for Student Works Painting West, where they managed and operated various aspects of the painting business, including marketing, estimating, and production. David also trained and led a team of painters, advertised and hired a marketing team, and provided excellent customer service to clients.

Following their experience as a franchisee, David worked as a Program Leader at Kitsilano Community Centre, where they planned and executed programs for a group of energetic children aged 6-12. David led activities ranging from arts and crafts to sports and outings.

David then worked as a Police Call Taker for Emergency Communications for British Columbia Incorporated, where they efficiently operated the Police CAD system, triaged emergency calls, and provided emotional support to callers in need. David demonstrated strong communication skills and the ability to handle high-stress situations.

Afterwards, David joined Metasoft Systems Inc. as a Sales Representative, where they generated qualified leads and scheduled presentations for senior sales representatives to close sales. David worked closely with the sales team to develop new business opportunities.

David continued their career at Freelancer.com, starting as an Account Manager and later transitioning to an Enterprise Account Manager and then a Senior Enterprise Account Manager. In these roles, they onboarded and activated enterprise customers, conducted webinars and workshops, and created educational materials for customers. David also ran webinars with NASA and their partners.

Currently, David is an Enterprise Customer Success Manager at Chime Technologies Inc. David manages, retains, and grows the portfolio of enterprise-level customers. Chime Technologies is an all-in-one solution for real estate professionals, and David is responsible for ensuring customer success and satisfaction.

Throughout their career, David has demonstrated strong leadership skills, excellent customer service, and the ability to effectively manage and coordinate various aspects of the business. David is dedicated to serving and supporting customers and has experience working in diverse industries.

David Lee 李昀融 received a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Multi/Interdisciplinary Studies from The University of British Columbia, graduating in 2016. In addition, they obtained certifications in the Change Management Practitioner Program from Prosci in April 2022, and in Standard First Aid, CPR, and AED from the Canadian Red Cross in February 2022.
