Galen Crawford

Galen Crawford is a Senior Learning & Development Manager at Chime, responsible for the creation, implementation, assessment, and iteration of various development programs. With experience in conducting needs assessments and coaching emerging learning professionals, Galen adapts contemporary research to enhance team performance and oversees the development of in-house training solutions. Previously, Galen served as a Learning & Development Partner, Learning & Development Specialist, and held several roles at the San Francisco Art Institute and Art Academy of Cincinnati, focusing on talent and leadership development. Educational credentials include a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership and Administration from Wright State University and a Bachelor's degree in Nutrition with a Business minor from the University of Cincinnati.
