Janelle Sallenave is currently the Chief Experience Officer at Chime, the largest and fastest-growing player in the challenger-banking space in the U.S. Previously, Janelle held various leadership roles at companies such as IntelyCare and Uber, where Janelle served as the Head of Uber Eats, US & Canada, and Head of Uber Customer Support, North America. Janelle also has a solid background in strategy and operations from their experience at Charles Schwab and Mars & Co. Janelle holds a Masters degree in Operations Research from Stanford University and dual Bachelor degrees in Systems Engineering and Mathematics from the University of Pennsylvania.
