Janelle Sallenave is the current Chief Experience Officer at Chime. Janelle has held this position since December 2020. Uber Eats operates in over 300 cities in 35 countries and partners with over 200,000 restaurants to deliver millions of dishes in under 30-minutes.

From 2007 to 2016, Sallenave worked at Charles Schwab as Senior Vice President of Strategy. Prior to that, they were Chief of Staff at Schwab Institutional from 2002 to 2005. Janelle began their career as an Associate Consultant at Mars & Co. from 2000 to 2002.

Sallenave has a proven track record of leading and growing businesses. Under their leadership, Uber Eats became the #1 online food delivery platform in the world (outside of China). Janelle has also helped grow Charles Schwab into one of the largest financial services firms in the world.

Janelle Sallenave has a Masters in Operations Research from Stanford University and a BA in Systems Engineering and Mathematics from the University of Pennsylvania.
