Jill Kelly

Jill Kelly has over 20 years of experience in human resources and people management. Jill is currently working as a Senior Director at Chime, where they oversee the people partners in the technology department. Prior to that, they worked as a Director at Chime and Zenefits, where they supported senior leaders in technology and R&D with their people needs, including talent development and succession planning. Jill also held roles as Head of People at Hustle, Director of People Ops at Imgur, and Director of HR at Recurly Inc. Jill has a strong background in creating strategic HR programs and initiatives and has experience in organizational growth, communication, and fostering a positive work environment.

Jill Kelly obtained a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from McDaniel College, which they attended between 1997 and 2001. Later on, they pursued a Master's degree in Organization Management Human Resources from Capella University, graduating in 2011.
