Kristen Jordan

Kristen Jordan is an experienced human resources professional with a focus on benefits administration and employee wellness. Currently serving as Benefits & Wellness Manager at Chime since February 2021, Kristen also held the role of Benefits & Wellness Partner. Prior experience includes working as an HR Generalist at Shiji Group and as Benefits and HRIS Administrator at ApolloMD, where responsibilities encompassed managing HRIS systems, employee relations, and overseeing benefits plans for over 1,700 employees. Earlier in the career, Kristen worked as an HR Coordinator for PaymentsMD, assisting in recruitment, onboarding, and payroll processes. Kristen holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Brenau University and a Bachelor’s Degree in General Health Studies from The University of Alabama.
