Tricia Bailey

Tricia Bailey has a diverse work experience spanning across various industries and roles. Tricia is currently the Director of Executive Recruiting at Chime since 2021. In the same year, they also joined First Round Capital as a Mentor in their Fast Track Mentorship Program. Prior to these roles, they were the Director of Global Executive Search at Twitter from an unknown start date until 2021. Tricia also worked at The Caldwell Partners as an Executive Search Consultant from 2014 to 2018, where they specialized in recruiting for C-Level and leadership positions across different industries. Before that, they served as an Executive Recruiter/Executive Consultant at Kaiser Permanente from 2008 to 2014, assisting in executive recruitment and advising on hiring strategies. Tricia began their career as a Senior Associate at Heidrick & Struggles in 2007, supporting search assignments and consulting clients on hiring and compensation. Tricia also has experience as a Director of Attorney Search at Concept Corporation from 2002 to 2007, and as a Legal Staffing Manager at ABA Staffing, Inc. in 2002.
