Jeff Tsai

Jeff Tsai currently serves as the General Manager of the Brisbane Branch Office and the Distribution Management Department within the Passenger Sales & Marketing Division at China Airlines since September 2021. With a career spanning over two decades at China Airlines, Jeff has held various leadership roles including General Manager of the Italy Branch Office and the E-commerce division, focusing on passenger marketing and strategy implementation. Prior to this, Jeff was the Director of Alliance Operation at SkyTeam from November 2019 to August 2021. Jeff began their career in the aviation industry at China Airlines in 1998, with responsibilities ranging from international affairs to passenger sales and marketing. Additionally, Jeff has experience as a Director at Yestrip Co., Ltd. and has a solid educational background with an MBA in Marketing from Baruch College and a Bachelor's in Applied Mathematics from Feng Chia University.
