Yaoyue Meng

Yaoyue Meng is an accomplished M&A and Capital Market Investment Manager at State Development & Investment Corporation since May 2018, having advanced from Analyst to Investment Manager in January 2021. Prior experience includes a role in the Listed Company Office of SASAC of the State Council, where Yaoyue Meng reviewed transaction terms for M&A and recapitalization deals involving listed SOEs. Previous positions include an Investment Banking Trainee at BNP Paribas, a Strategy Department Intern at DiDi, and an Equity Research Intern at CICC, as well as a Summer Business Analyst at Monitor Deloitte. Yaoyue Meng holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science & Finance from Peking University, a Bachelor's degree in Business English & Finance from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics, and has studied as an exchange student at The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.
