Benjamin Manivit has over 20 years of experience in the field of compliance and permanent control. Benjamin has held roles such as Head of Compliance & Permanent control at China Construction Bank, Chief Compliance Officer at GE Capital France, and Compliance Officer France at Bear Stearns International - JPMorgan Chase. Benjamin also has experience as a Compliance Consultant & Trainer at various organizations, including Credit Mutuel CIC and multiple banking institutions. Benjamin began their career in 1994 at the Ministère de la Défense before transitioning into the financial sector.

Benjamin MANIVIT completed a DESS in Finance d'entreprise & pratique des marchés financiers at Sciences Po Strasbourg in 1994. In 1989, they also earned an IEP in Economie - Finance from Sciences Po Strasbourg. In 2018, they became a certified auditor in ISO 19600 & 37001 compliance and anti bribery & corruption at Ethic Intelligence. Additionally, in the same year, they obtained further certification as an ISO 19600 Compliance & ISO 37001 Anti-corruption certified auditor from Ethic Intelligence.
