Mafijul I.

Mafijul I. has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning various roles and companies. Mafijul currently works as the Director/Head of Secure Platform, Platform Architecture at CEVT (China Euro Vehicle Technology AB) since March 2021. Prior to that, they were a Senior Manager in Functional Safety at CEVT from August 2020 to March 2021.

Before joining CEVT, Mafijul I. was employed by Volvo Group for a significant period. Mafijul'sroles at Volvo Group include Manager Cybersecurity and Functional Safety (February 2018 to August 2020), Manager Embedded Software, Electrical & Electronics Advanced Engineering (October 2015 to February 2018), Technology Specialist - Dependable and secure multicore systems (June 2014 to October 2015), and Research Engineer (July 2011 to June 2014).

In addition to their work at CEVT and Volvo Group, Mafijul I. also had prior work experience at BRAC University as a Lecturer/Senior Lecturer from April 2001 to February 2006, and at UNIQA as a Software Engineer from September 2000 to September 2001.

Mafijul I. pursued a Master of Science degree in Dependable Computer Systems from Chalmers University of Technology between the years 2003 and 2005. Following this, they went on to attend the same institution from 2006 to 2011, where they obtained a PhD in Computer Engineering.
