Niclas Dagson

Niclas Dagson has a solid work experience in the automotive industry. Niclas is currently working at CEVT, where they started in January 2016 as a CAE Engineer Tools/Methods. Niclas then moved up in roles and became the Senior Manager CAE Energy (Acting) from October 2018 to December 2019, and later the Senior Manager Energy CAE from January 2020 to February 2021. From March 2021 to June 2023, they served as the Head of Safety at CEVT, and they are currently the Head of Structural Dynamics. Before joining CEVT, Niclas worked as a Senior Simulation Engineer at Alten Sweden from November 2013 to December 2015 and at XDIN AB from August 2011 to November 2013. Niclas also gained experience at Saab Automobile AB, where they held various roles, including Integration Engineer, Pedestrian Protection, Group Manager, Body Closure CAE, and Act. Group Manager, Body Closure CAE from October 2004 to August 2011. Additionally, they worked as a CAE Engineer, NVH at Adam Opel AG for a short period in 2004 and as a CAE Engineer, Body Closure at Saab Automobile AB from April 2001 to February 2004.

Niclas Dagson pursued their education from 1997 to 2001 at Linköping University. During this period, they successfully completed a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering with a specialization in Solid Mechanics.
