Albert Mamalyga

Albert Mamalyga possesses fourteen years of experience in the restaurant industry, currently serving as a Server at China Grill Management since August 2018. Previously, Albert worked as a Waiter/Caterer at both Kitchenette Uptown and Kitchenette Tribeca, with these roles spanning from July 2015 to June 2018 and February 2011 to July 2015, respectively. In addition to the restaurant experience, Albert served as a Digital Archivist at Macmillan from June 2014 to June 2017, where responsibilities included data collection and standardization of design materials for various publishing media. Albert holds a Master of Arts in Fine/Studio Arts from North-Osetia State University n.a. K.L.Khetagurov and a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design from Vladikavkaz Art School.
