Mr. Liu has rich working experience in finance and accounting.
In March 1996, Mr. Liu became Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Jianghan Aviation Life-support Equipment Corporation of Aviation Industry Corporation of China (AVIC).
In February 2000, he was appointed President of Jianghan Aviation Life-support Equipment Corporation of AVIC.
In May 2003, he started to hold the positions of Chairman and President of Beijing Keeven Aviation Instrument Company Limited of AVIC.
In November 2006, he was appointed Chief Financial Officer of China Aerospace Science and Industry Corporation (CASIC).
In December 2013, Mr. Liu was appointed Chief Financial Officer of China National Petroleum Corporation (CNPC).
In May 2014, Mr. Liu was appointed as Non-Executive Director of PetroChina.
