About China Standard Software Co., Ltd. China Standard Software Co., Ltd.(CS2C) was established in October 2003 for specialized development of system software based on almost 15-years experience of China National Software & Service Co., Ltd. (“ChinaSoft”, former ChinaSoft Group) in operating system business development and R&D team building,. With registered capital of RMB 50 million, the company was jointly founded by ChinaSoft R&D headquarters after overall restructuring, China Electronics Technology Group Corporation and East China Institute of Computer Technology, with technology R&D, product marketing and service offices respectively in Shanghai, Beijing and Guangzhou. Former ChinaSoft COSIX and ChinaSoft LINUX businesses and teams, as well as Tangzhou Office business and team were integrated into CS2C in whole. As a result, CS2C enjoyed rich experience in system software R&D and marketing, mature teams, good partners and customer base in the early days of its inception.
