Caroline Scown is an experienced professional with a strong background in civic engagement, education, and research. As the Civic Engagement and Training Manager and Adult Literacy Instructor at the Chinese-American Planning Council since January 2021, Caroline has empowered numerous students to pursue higher education and citizenship while also expanding a Language Exchange program. Previous roles include a Research Assistant at the Foreign Policy Association and the University of Pennsylvania, where research on government responsiveness and foreign policy was conducted.
