Qiyun Zhang

Founder at Chinese Culture University

The school was founded in the 51st year of the Republic of China. The founder, Dr. Qiyun Zhang, graduated from Nanjing Normal University. Former Professor of Central University, Dean of the Department of History and Geography of National Zhejiang University, Dean of the Faculty of Liberal Arts, was invited by the US State Department as a visiting research professor at Harvard University for two years in 1943, and served as the first National Congress after coming to Taiwan in 1949 Representative, Secretary-General of the Central Committee of the Chinese Kuomintang, Minister of Education, Director of the National Defense Research Institute, etc.; he is a world-renowned historian and author, and won honorary literature from the U.S. West East University, St. John’s University, and Kyung Hee University in South Korea. Doctorate degree, the Emperor of Japan awarded the First Class Sacred Treasure Medal. The Highest Meritorious Medal of the World University Presidents Alliance and the Cultural Award of the Executive Yuan of my country.
