Janny Kappert

Janny Kappert is a Senior Advisor in Innovation and School Development at PO-Raad since March 2019, focusing on supporting school boards in enhancing educational quality through knowledge sharing and effective change processes. Janny also leads the project "Samen Slimmer Leren," aimed at guiding schools in the effective use of ICT through innovation, monitoring, and gamification. As the founder of Colorful Culture, Janny researches and presents on organizational cultures while writing about the subject on a dedicated website. Previous roles include working as an Advisor for Professionalization and Educational Innovation at Kennisnet, a Project Worker/Advisor at Schoolinfo, a Redaction Consultant for VPRO, and an internship at Kennisland. Janny holds a Master’s degree in Culture, Organization and Management from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and a Bachelor's degree in Cultural Anthropology and Sociology from Utrecht University.
