Rachel Mui

Rachel Mui is a Project Manager at The Hong Kong Council of Social Service (HKCSS) since February 2022, overseeing the application and vetting process for the Impact Incubator and managing various grant schemes. Previously, Rachel held roles such as Project Coordinator and Project Assistant at The Chinese University of Hong Kong from December 2015 to January 2022 and was a Project Manager for the Social Entrepreneurship School Education (SEnSE) Program from September 2014 to January 2022. Rachel's work involved organizing events, supporting coaching and incubation for candidates, and liaising with stakeholders. Rachel holds a Master of Arts in Sociology and a Bachelor of Engineering in System Engineering and Engineering Management from The Chinese University of Hong Kong, as well as a Certificate in Management of Social Enterprises from the Hong Kong University School of Professional and Continuing Education.
