Dhivya Babu is an experienced Scrum Master with a strong background in guiding and coaching teams in Agile methodologies across various sectors, including financial services and retail. Since joining Chinmayam Consultants Inc in November 2017, Dhivya has worked with prominent clients such as Polen Capital, Northern Trust, and McDonald's, focusing on Lean-Agile transformation and Scrum practices. Dhivya has effectively facilitated project teams, managed daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives, while training teams for improved efficiency and reduced lead time. Prior experience includes a role as a Software Developer Dotnet at Cinque. Dhivya holds a Master of Technology in Information Technology from Sathyabama University and a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Anna University Chennai.
