Erica Bacsa

Erica Bacsa, MS, is a seasoned professional in clinical operations with extensive experience in the biopharmaceutical industry. Currently serving as Senior Director, Clinical Operations Lead at Chinook Therapeutics, Inc. since September 2022, Bacsa previously held key positions at EMD Serono, Inc., including Director of Clinical Delivery and Associate Director of Site Relationship and Operations Lead from March 2017 to September 2022. Prior to that, Bacsa worked at Novo Nordisk as Senior Clinical Project Manager and Clinical Project Manager from December 2011 to March 2017, and at Enzon Pharmaceuticals in roles including Manager of Clinical Trials and Senior CRA from June 2006 to December 2011. Bacsa began a career in clinical research at Medarex as CRA/CRA II from August 2002 to June 2006. Bacsa earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Rutgers University and a Master of Science degree from The George Washington University School of Medicine and Health Sciences.
