Daniel Tavares

Daniel Tavares is an accomplished Project Manager and Environmental Engineer currently working at Chint Solar Europe since September 2023. Prior to this role, Tavares completed a Master's dissertation focused on bioplastics biodegradability and its impact on waste management systems at the Faculty of Engineering of the University of Porto, where Tavares was also involved in research activities related to waste management and served as a project monitor. Leadership roles include serving as President of the General Meeting Board and organizing significant environmental forums with NEEA-FEUP, along with contributions as a member of organizing committees for various environmental initiatives. Tavares holds a Master's degree in Environmental Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in Sciences of Environmental Engineering from the same institution.
