Solco Reijnders

Solco Reijnders has a wealth of experience in a variety of industries. In 2019, they began working for PHYSEE Technologies as Head of New Business, Head of Projects, and Project Manager. From 2014-2019, they worked for Damen Shipyards Group in roles such as Corporate Startup - RIPLes, Program Manager Innovation, Sales Manager Americas, and Sales Trainee Americas. In 2013, they were a Graduate Intern at Ampelmann Operations. In 2011, they worked for Ebbinge & Company as a Student Recruiter and for Damen Shipyards Group as an Intern. Solco also worked for Stichting International Research Projects Delft as a Market Researcher Brazil for Deerns and for Stichting Techniek Bedrijven as a Public Relations. In 2009, they were Chairman of the Symposium Committee of Gezelschap Leeghwater and a Board Member at VDG Lancet.

Solco Reijnders obtained a Master of Technology (M.Tech.) in Offshore and Dredging Engineering from Delft University of Technology between 2011 and 2013. Solco also obtained a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Delft University of Technology between 2007 and 2012. In addition, they obtained a certification in Strategic R&D Management from INSEAD Executive Education in May 2017.
