Arthur Chang

Arthur Chang is an accomplished professional in the food and hospitality industry with extensive experience in management roles. Currently serving as the General Manager Partner at Chip City since April 2025, Arthur previously held the title of General Manager at Luke's Lobster from February 2023 to March 2025, managing locations at Upper East Side and Midtown East. Prior to that, managerial experience includes a position at Chick-fil-A at 42nd and Madison and serving as Assistant Head Coach at sweetgreen. Earlier in the career, Arthur was the General Manager for Smitty and Mo's Chicken Kitchen/Caffe Margherita. Educational background includes studies at The University of Memphis—Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law and the University of Chicago.
