Sarah Steers is an experienced human resources professional with more than a decade of work experience. Sarah currently holds the position of Executive Vice President Human Resources at Chip Ganassi Racing. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President Human Resources at Escalade Sports, where they were responsible for strategic planning and budget control. Sarah also had previous roles at Town and Country Bank, StandardAero, Archer Daniels Midland Company, Decatur Memorial Hospital, and Bachrach Men's Clothing, where they gained expertise in employee relations, recruitment, and learning and development. Sarah Steers has a proven track record of effectively managing HR functions and building strong relationships with executive leadership teams and boards of directors.
Sarah Steers' education history includes a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Southern Indiana, which they obtained between the years 2021 and 2022. In 2007, they earned an EEO Certificate from Cornell University, focusing on Equal Employment Opportunity. Sarah also holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Business Management from Millikin University, which they completed from 2000 to 2004. Furthermore, they acquired a Certified Internet Recruiter certification from AIRS in 2010, specializing in Certified Internet Recruiting.
