Carl Tilleson

Carl Tilleson is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in financial management and analysis. Currently serving as a Regional Finance Manager at Chipotle Mexican Grill since September 2015, Carl manages financial operations for a group of restaurants in the western US, providing strategic guidance to support regional growth. Prior to Chipotle, Carl held multiple roles at Target from 2006 to 2015, including Process Consultant for Store Labor Planning, where Carl developed labor standards to optimize payroll, and Sr Financial Analyst, providing comprehensive financial support for both domestic and international projects. Carl's educational background includes an MBA in Finance and International Strategy and a BSB in Finance from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management.
