Dave Baker

Dave Baker possesses extensive experience in food safety and quality assurance, currently holding the position of Food Safety and Quality Assurance Manager at Chipotle Mexican Grill since August 2022. Prior to this role, Dave served as Food Safety and Quality Manager at Freshly from October 2020 to July 2022 and worked as a Formulation Specialist at Monster Energy for a brief period in 2020. Additional roles include Quality Scientist at Taco Bell, Senior Supervisor HACCP at Tyson Foods, and a Food Safety and Technology Intern with the Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture. Dave's career began in the US Navy as a Culinary Specialist 2nd Class. Educated at Penn State University, Dave earned a Bachelor of Science in Food Science between 2011 and 2014.
