Pete Eddings has extensive experience in compensation and benefits consulting, currently serving as a Senior Manager of Corporate and Field Compensation at Chipotle Mexican Grill since September 2021, having progressed from previous roles as Manager and Lead Analyst in the same department. Prior to this, Eddings worked at Mercer from July 2015 to September 2021, where roles included Total Rewards Consulting Senior Associate and various positions within Executive Benefits & Compensation. Eddings began the professional journey with summer internships at Mercer and Glenview Trust Company, focusing on executive benefits and unique asset reviews, respectively. Eddings holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and Financial Economics from Centre College, attained in 2015.
