Sydney Herndon

Sydney Herndon's work experience includes holding the roles of Staff Data Analyst - Tech Lead and Senior Data Analyst - Tech Lead at Chipper Cash from 2022 to present. Prior to that, they worked as a Data Analyst II at Greenlight Financial Technology from 2020 to 2022. Sydney also worked as a Data Analyst at ParkMobile, LLC from 2019 to 2020. Sydney served as a Qualitative Analyst in the Office of Evaluation at the World Food Programme from 2017 to 2018. Sydney was an Impact Investing Fellow at Kirchner Group from 2016 to 2017. Sydney held multiple positions at the World Food Programme, including Emergency Preparedness and Response Analyst from 2013 to 2016 and Knowledge Management Researcher in 2013.

Sydney Herndon obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Anthropology and Art History, with minors in Spanish and Sustainability, from Auburn University in the years 2009 to 2013. Sydney then pursued a Masters of Development Practice at Emory University, from 2016 to 2018. In 2019, Sydney attended both Flatiron School as a Data Science Coach and General Assembly as a Data Science Fellow.
