Joel Rackham

Joel Rackham serves as President of both Silicon Business Solutions and Chipr Home Solutions since January 2024, focusing on strategic leadership and aligning organizational goals with strategic objectives. Rackham is a member of the Board of Directors at Jipe and previously held significant roles at MarketStar, serving as SVP, Global Head of Sales Operations and Direct Sales from December 2016 to January 2024, where responsibilities included leading global sales teams, developing sales strategies, and enhancing operational excellence. Additional experience includes founding ThresholdSports, leading business development at Lendio, and holding various leadership positions at Simply Mac, Spring Mobile, and Alert Cellular. Joel Rackham holds an MBA from the University of Utah, an Advanced Leadership degree from Babson College, and a Bachelor's degree in Business/Finance from Westminster University, graduating Magna Cum Laude.
