Scott Rodgers

Scott Rodgers has over 30 years of work experience in various engineering roles. Scott started their career at Morton Thiokol, Inc as an Associate Engineer and later became a Senior Associate Engineer. In 1990, they joined ATK as a System Safety and Reliability Engineer and remained with the company until 2000. During this time, they gained expertise in FMEA, hazard analysis, and reliability assessments. Following their tenure at ATK, they worked at Aloca Industrial Components as a Project Engineer with a focus on system safety. In 2004, Rodgers returned to ATK as a Quality Engineer, responsible for defining quality methods and metrics, and coordinating quality efforts with the Integrated Product Team. From 2006 to 2009, they worked at ATK Advance Launch Systems, Inc as a Senior Project Engineer, specializing in system safety and reliability. Rodgers then joined Aerojet Rocketdyne in 2011 as a Mission Assurance Engineer, where they monitored technical efforts, conducted process reviews, and supported audits. Currently, they are employed at Chipton Ross as a Senior Quality Engineer, reviewing work orders and investigating nonconformance occurrences. Throughout their career, Rodgers has demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving skills, utilizing tools such as 6-sigma and 5-whys to identify root causes and develop corrective actions. Their work experience spans various aspects of engineering, including manufacturing, quality control, and system safety.
