Erica Hatch, SPHR, ACC

Erica Hatch, SPHR, ACC has extensive work experience in human resources and leadership roles. Erica is currently working as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at ChiroTouch since November 2022. Prior to this, from July 2021 to November 2022, they served as the Sr. Director of Human Resources at ecoATM Gazelle, where they led the Compensation, Benefits, and Talent Acquisition Centers of Excellence.

Erica also has a history of working with Newland Communities, where they held various positions. From April 2017 to July 2021, they served as the Vice President of Human Resources, where they provided strategic leadership for all HR functions and aligned corporate functions to drive company objectives.

Erica's tenure at Newland Communities also includes roles such as Director of Human Resources from March 2012 to March 2017, Manager of Human Resources from October 2008 to March 2012, and Human Resources Specialist from December 2007 to September 2008. Prior to that, they worked in the Compensation and Benefits Administration role at Analysis Group, Inc. from 2002 to 2006, administering health, welfare, and retirement plans, and saving the company money through implementing a self-funded medical insurance plan.

Erica's earliest work experience includes serving as an Assistant Buyer at The Filene's Department Store in Boston from September 2000 to June 2002, where they managed inventory, budgets, and implemented strategies for maximizing sales.

Throughout their career, Erica Hatch has consistently delivered impactful results, developed and implemented strategic initiatives, and demonstrated expertise in various HR functions.

Erica Hatch, SPHR, ACC, has a strong educational background in Human Resources and Business Administration. Erica obtained a Master's degree in Human Resources from Suffolk University, which they completed between 2004 and 2006. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Montana - College of Business, graduating between 1996 and 2000.

In addition to their academic achievements, Erica has obtained several certifications to enhance their professional skills. Erica holds an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential from the International Coaching Federation.
