Kathi Moore

Kathi Moore is an accomplished corporate leader in human resources, currently serving as Corporate Vice President at Motorola Solutions since August 2007. Moore has held several leadership roles, including Vice President of Human Resources, Talent Management & Global Rewards, and Senior Director of Human Resources. Key responsibilities have included overseeing talent management and global compensation programs, advising the Pension Committee, and contributing to Motorola’s HR leadership team. Previous experience includes positions at Tellabs, McDonald's, Ameritech, and Infogix, where expertise in compensation program design and implementation was demonstrated. Kathi Moore holds a B.A. in Business Management from Benedictine University and has a strong background in managing compensation strategies across diverse international markets.
