Charu Sarawgi

Charu Sarawgi has over 17 years of work experience in the IT industry. Charu is currently the Director of Product Engineering at Chirpn IT Solutions, a position they have held since 2022. From 2019 to 2022, they worked at IGT Solutions as a Technical Architect and Technology Lead for Automation and Analytics, where they designed, architected, and delivered automation and analytics driven solutions. Charu also had extensive exposure and deep understanding of contemporary tools like Google DialogFlow, AWS Comprehend, and platforms like LivePerson for customer engagement automation and sentiment analysis. From 2015 to 2019, they were the founder of Yaymag.com. From 2012 to 2015, they were a Sr. Project Lead at NEC. From 2005 to 2012, they were a Senior Associate Technology and Associate at Sapient, where they managed delivery of critical modules in large projects, implemented complex software frameworks, and managed teams.

Charu Sarawgi attended Savitribai Phule Pune University from 2001 to 2003, where they earned an MCM in Computer Science.
