Sam Bunt

Sam Bunt currently serves as an Assistant Whisky Creator at Chivas Brothers, starting in May 2023, focusing on quality control through sensory analysis and new product development for a range of whisky brands. Previously, Sam completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Brewing & Distilling at Heriot-Watt University from August 2022 to June 2023. Prior experience includes roles as a Strategy & Corporate Development Analyst at Charles Taylor, a freelance Management Consultant, and a Senior Analyst at CIL Management Consultants. Sam’s early career involved supporting the John Lyon's Charity as a Senior Student Helper, facilitating programs aimed at encouraging state school students to apply to Oxbridge. Sam holds a Master of Biochemistry from the University of Oxford, awarded in 2017, and a Level 1 Award in Spirits from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust.
