Derek Olsen

Derek Olsen is currently the Executive Vice President at CHMWarnick since August 2002. Prior to that, Derek worked at O'Connell Hospitality Group, LLC as a Director from September 2000 to August 2002, and at HVS as Vice President from September 1996 to August 1999. Derek holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Real Estate Development from Massachusetts Institute of Technology (1999 - 2000) and a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Hotel Management from Cornell University (1988 - 1992).
