Joe Defrank

Joe DeFrank is currently the Executive Vice President at CHMWarnick, where Joe oversees hotel asset management and business advisory services. Prior to their role at CHMWarnick, Joe served as the Senior Vice President at Host Hotels and Resorts for 20 years. With a strong background in finance, Joe previously worked at Marriott International as the Director of Finance. Joe holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Finance from Penn State University.
