Chris Eaton is an accomplished professional in People and Culture leadership with extensive experience in change management and organizational effectiveness. Currently serving as General Manager People & Culture at Chobani Australia since April 2022, Chris previously held various senior roles at Lion from November 2010 to December 2021, including Change Director and People & Culture Director. Key achievements at Lion include leading a successful organization restructuring program that generated over $16 million in benefits and ensuring a smooth transition for 2,300 employees during the sale of the Dairy & Drinks business. Chris's earlier career includes significant roles at Mondelēz International and Campbell Arnotts, complemented by a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Melbourne.
