Ajay Khatri

Ajay Khatri is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic development and operations within healthcare organizations. Currently serving in a Transformation and Development role at Chobani since December 2022, Ajay has held multiple key positions, including Advisor, Chief Strategy and Business Officer, and Vice President of Corporate Development and Business Operations at Alto Pharmacy from 2019 to 2024. Previous experience includes Chief Operating Officer at Real in 2022 and a significant tenure at Johnson & Johnson from 2007 to 2019, where Ajay served as Sr. Director, Investor at Johnson & Johnson Innovation (JJDC), leading critical transactions and strategic initiatives. Ajay also contributed to Verb Surgical Inc. as a founding team member and interim head of finance, and started the finance organization at Johnson & Johnson's Advanced Sterilization Products division.
