Marc Abjean is the SVP of Advanced Manufacturing Processes & Technology at Chobani. Prior to joining Chobani, Marc was with Invensys for 6 years, where they served as Project Director for APV Solutions and Services in North America. While with Invensys, Marc was in charge of leading a 5-year, $32 million project to design and construct 3 fruit and vegetable processing plants in Uzbekistan. Marc was responsible for detail engineering, procurement of capital equipment and services, on-site construction supervision, management of more than 220 global employees, a project budget of $26 million, control of project schedules, commissioning, and start up. Marc created all financial reports and forecasting to senior management in the U.S. and the U.K. and implemented cost savings wherever possible. Notable contributions during their time with Invensys include leading the Uzbekistan project to become the most profitable project at APV 3 years in a row, developing standardized company project review processes including transition from sales to project execution, risk management reviews, monthly project reviews, and project performance acceptance criteria, creating contracting agreement formats for major contracts in collaboration with APV’s legal team, and introducing first-ever company standards for project resource management, engineering cost forecasting, and tracking.

Marc Abjean has a degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Chemical ? Process and Automation Engineering from Paris-Sud University (Paris XI). Marc has worked in the field of Mechanical / Electrical / Chemical ? Process and Automation Engineering for their entire career.
