Wes Fletcher has extensive experience in management and operations, primarily with Chobani since November 2012, where roles have included People Team Manager, Training Manager, and various warehouse management positions. Responsibilities have encompassed overseeing recycling processes, leading teams for material delivery accuracy, and managing daily warehouse operations. Prior to Chobani, Wes served at Bango Oil from July 2009 to September 2012 as a Lead and Operator, focusing on monitoring systems and ensuring safety protocols during oil refining operations. Wes completed a High School Diploma in General Studies at Churchill County High School and furthered education at the University of Phoenix.
